Malcolm Johnson & Co. Solicitors were established in May 2002. We are a specialist practice that undertakes compensation claims against uninsured and untraced drivers.

Our principal, Malcolm Johnson is a solicitor with over 15 years’ experience in personal injury. He is a member of both the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He lectures for Central Law Training on the subject of claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau.

Malcolm has co-authored a leading textbook, “Claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau” published by the Law Society. He is also a contributor to the Encyclopaedia of Insurance Law published by Sweet and Maxwell.
