
Malcolm Johnson
The principal, Malcolm Johnson is a solicitor with 15 years’ experience in Motor Insurance Bureau and Road Traffic Accident claims. Malcolm also has extensive experience in personal injury claims and claims against uninsured drivers.
Malcolm is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel as well as the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He regularly lectures for Central Law Training on Claims against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau. You can see details of this course on CLT’s website at www.clt.co.uk.

Malcolm has co-authored a legal textbook, “Claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau”, published by the Law Society. He has also written a number of legal articles on this subject.
